• Setup

Changing the setup

For setup mode, connect the security link and press the Å and ì

keys simultaneously. The software version will be displayed (flashing). If

you wish to continue, press within 10 s.

Note: If you remove the security link at any time during the setup

sequence, any changes you have made will be discarded and the

instrument will reset.

• Calibration

General

The UCV/AR is factory calibrated. Once calibrated it will operate with

any input or output format without recalibration.

Allow the instrument 15 minutes of powered operation (to reach a

stable temperature) before calibration.

During calibration allow a few seconds for signals to stabilise before

accepting the value.

Equipment requirements

• A suitable current/voltage source (must be able to generate 5, 10,

20, 50 mA and 5, 10, 20, 50 V to ±0.05 % or better accuracy)

• An accurate digital multimeter (accurate to 0.05 mV and ±0.1 μA)
